Our playing area is always reserved for one team at a time. Between the teams, all equipment is disinfected. We make sure that the 2m distance between you and the game-masters can always be maintained.

Please be punctual or even a few minutes early, otherwise you might lose some of your playing time. You can expect 50 minutes of play time.

If you put on normal, comfortable clothing and flat shoes you are already perfectly equipped.

Yes, our VR equipment can be used with glasses.

We choose our games very carefully, so nausea doesn’t occur. However, it can in rare cases. For these cases, a game master is always present to take care of you.

You can, but we don’t recommend it due to the increased potential of motion sickness. Additionally, heavily drunk players will be turned away by our game masters due to safety reasons.

We are happy to welcome players as young as 12 years old. However, some games have higher age restrictions. You can find this information in the detailed game overview.

No, because there is the danger of epileptic seizures.

We offer all our games in English, with some exceptions if other languages are available. Some of them have a German translation. However, the briefing and introduction to the game can always take place in both German and English.

For any slot you can bring up to 4 players. However, depending on the game, this may exceed the limit of players that can play together.

For cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment, you can either rebook for free or get your money back. If the cancellation happens less than 24 hours before your booking, there is a 50.- CHF cancellation fee. This fee is re-imbursed if you book a new slot.
